A group of three straight-sided miniature silver Mugs: one by James Slater, London circa 1725, maker's mark only struck on the base; the second David Clayton, London circa 1725, maker's mark struck on the base and lion passant to the upper body; the third David Clayton, London circa 1720, struck with a Britannia maker's mark and lion's head erased to the base. \n \n[Illustrated also, for comparison but not included, a late 17th century example].
