A rare George III silver Presentation Plaque.

A George III silver presentation Plaque, Phipps and Robinson, London circa 1786, engraved with an angel blowing a horn beside the inscription 'Success to Brodies Manufactory', the centre further engraved with a monogram 'R.L' in script for Rolls Liberty, between 3 legal scrolls, below with 'The Gift of the Rolls Liberty Inhabitants for extinguishing the fire on 24th June 1786 in Symonds Inn.
