A William IV Drawing Prize formed as a palette London 1830, Lias brothers. Presented to John Ridley Hunter for Drawing at Mr. Edward Pizey's, Westhoe Hill, Norwood, John Whichelo, Master. \nFor John Ridley Hunter 1815-1890, the son of the Lord Mayor of London, John Ridley [1851-2], who worked in the family cabinet making and upholstery business, see a long obituary in the 'Bury and Norwich Post and Suffolk Standard.' The Hunter family had roots in Bury St. Edmund's as also did the family of Edward Pizey, whose school John Ridley Hunter attended.
