A George II silver shaped rectangular Kettle Stand on a flat base, London 1729, by Edward Cornock, the centre engraved with a crest for Upwood of Lovell's Hall, Terrington St. Clement, Norfolk. Thoroughgod Upwood, who died in 1705, acquired Lovell's Hall through his second marriage. \nEdward Cornock died in 1734 and is best known for Tobacco Boxes but his mark also appears on a number of salvers and waiters.
